How it Works
A clear, supportive six-month structure
I begin with an in-person kickoff and assessment process that establishes shared language and clarity around team dynamics, strengths, and friction points.
From there, I provide ongoing coaching and implementation support through virtual working sessions and real-time guidance, helping teams apply insights directly to live challenges as they arise.
I close the engagement with reflection and forward planning, including a custom Team Playbook that helps embed what you’ve learned into meetings, communication norms, and leadership practices.
