Most teams aren’t broken. They’re exhausted and missing the language to navigate tension without defensiveness, shutdown, or avoidance. What looks like a communication problem is usually something deeper: unspoken patterns, misunderstood intentions, and conversations that never quite happen.

That’s the work I do. I help leaders and teams move from surface-level harmony to honest, healthy communication so trust deepens and work gets easier.

This work became personal long before it became professional.

The Enneagram helped heal my relationship with my sister by giving us language for conversations we hadn’t been able to have before. Both of us feeling truly understood changed everything.

I began to see that same shift happen in professional relationships. When people feel understood instead of judged or mislabeled, trust deepens and communication changes. That experience shapes how I lead and facilitate today.

I bring over 17 years of experience across higher education, HR, and leadership development, a master’s degree in Counseling Education, and TEDx experience.

But what clients value most is my ability to read the room, name what’s happening beneath the surface, and guide honest conversations with clarity and care.
